"Twice now riverside have given up on my dog. Thankfully we insisted on a referral to a specialist and our dog is well and still with us. First time, he was misdiagnosed with cancer. He had liver disease. Second time we were told to put him to sleep in the carpark by Emilio. Without a proper diagnosis. He had a bladder infection. Thanks to Anderson Moores he is recovering well. I will never forgive riverside for the trauma they put us through when telling us to put our healthy dog to sleep, in a car park, without proper diagnosis, and then when I complained to management they doubled down and defended his actions. 2 stars as bridgett and tatyana have been good in the past. But I have now left this surgery. I want someone who will fight to keep my dog alive and well and I don't think riverside is the place. My dog is still alive over 6 months later thanks to other vets and Anderson Moore. Emilio is a disgrace to vets everywhere and my official complain to the practice got dismissed. Still absolutely disappointed with the service received from riverside.my dog deserves better. May 2022 and simba is still alive. Pic for proof!"
