"I moved to vets4pets after losing my beloved Labrador to cancer. The treatment he received at a vets in the waterside area was poor and we had to watch our boy deteriorate, whilst being told it was different ailments. We know that cancer ravaged him in three short weeks but his treatment and ours could have been kinder. No-one seemed to care. I vowed I would never take one my animals there again and whilst looking for a new vet, I discovered Judith had opened in Totton. She was vet to many of our animals over the years and we missed her greatly when she moved on to pastures new. I often can’t get to a phone whilst at work to make an appointment and email in for an appointment. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. I mostly get an appointment same day unless I specify what vet I want to see. I am more than happy that my fur children are here and would recommend to anyone"

"Recently I've been told to consider vets for pets for my furry family as they are a cheaper alternative to my current family vet. I already had concerns due to a previous experience with another branch that had no local emergency care but any chance of me reconsidering going to a vets for pets now is completely out of the question. Seeing your response to a negative review and publicly shaming a pet owner for their mental health has shocked and disgusted me. HOW DARE YOU treat someone like that. This is disgusting behaviour. You should be ashamed."

"Vets4Pets in Totton, have been nothing short of brilliant when taking care of our kitten. The team at reception, nurses and vet is very helpful and reassuring. We were very anxious when we had our first trip to the vet and they took this onboard and have gone out of their way to support us as new pet parents thereafter. Judith (vet) was excellent with our kitten when we took him in before Christmas to give him some vaccines and she was thorough and gave us plenty of reassurance. She was able to fit us in when they were short on staff and took plenty of time with us for our appointment ensuring we didn’t have any questions before we left. We really appreciate her and all she has done for our kitten. The vet nurses are also wonderful! I cannot remember everyone’s names (so sorry) but we met dawn and Katie when we took him in for neutering and we again were extremely anxious before his appointment but they called us when he woke up and they also gave us lots of information when we went to pick him up. We didn’t realise his blanket was still in the vet and dawn kindly ran out to give us the blanket as we were about to drive away! The reception staff are also very nice and friendly. I think I always speak to Hannah. We have never had a problem getting an appointment and they have always been so helpful giving us information over the phone or in person when we need it. The vet practice is always clean and I really appreciate the texts for reminders. Excellent service, all round. Totton is quite far for us, but we are very lucky to have a good practice and we would 100% recommend this practice and their service to anyone looking for a vet."
