"should be 0 stars but will not let me. i have placed 2 orders with this store and they have never turned up. tried calling and was lied too when told i would get callbacks, they never called me back once and if i called, i was fobbed off that the person was not there. so i tried emails in hope of help that way, they have now had 4 emails from me, 1 a week for a month and still not replied, they have my money and i can not even cancel the orders. do not buy from these, they just lie and keep your money."

"Visited for the first time today. I am a well seasoned aquarist. It is my fave type of fish shop. Non clinical, meaning you have to really search the tanks to find a hidden gem. All in all I am very impressed and will return BUT many reviewers have commented on the prices.....they are definitely a bit too expensive bordering on ridiculous. Would like to know how they justify this."
