"I went for my medication on Wednesday 30th November & was told by the counter staff it would be ready by Thursday, To be on the safe side ,I said I would collect it today (Friday) . After presenting myself at the counter, I was told that they had the prescription, but it hadn't been dispensed ,but it would be ready by 4pm . I will collect the medication on Monday. Let's hope it's ready by then. I would advise anyone to order their medication at least a week and a half before they run out. Poor service ."
"I am repeatedly runningout of my medicationsdespite my health centre taking only2-3 days to process a prescription. Today took my last cancer tablet. Both mygp app AND THE prescription team agreeing that the prescription being issued on the 20th December, the pharmacy has no knowlege of it.Enough is enough, I am hanging pharmacies."
"I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to use one to leave this review. After waiting almost two weeks for my prescription to be delivered I queued up for 50 minutes to finally get it. There was no explanation why it hadn’t been delivered and no apology. I am disabled and use a crutch when I can get out so queuing up for so long wasn’t good. There needs to be more than one member of staff on the counter to reduce the waiting time. There needs to be SOME sort of organisation!!!"
"Been going there every 8 weeks to collect a repeat prescription for 18 months. Nearly always takes longer than the 48hrs. Only been on time twice. Latest fiasco was the final straw, put prescription into the doctors 4:15 on the Tuesday. So should be ready Thursday. I go to collect Friday to be told "it's not ready, is there anything you can be doing? Whilst we try to find it" to which I reply no. The shop assistant then draws my attention to a printout explaining 48 hrs for the doctors to send the prescription and a further 48hrs for the chemist to fulfill it. Then the following Monday a 140 hours later comes the best bit "WE CANNOT DO THE PRESCRIPTION AS THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF THESE TABLETS" That was it, no suggestions as to what to do next, no explanation as to why they hadn't contacted my doctor. Nothing. Zilch. Diddly squat. Needless to say I took my prescription elsewhere and will continue to do so."
