"We had a consignment booked with Freight Route (pallet force) for pick up. We have received a pick up slot and waited for an additional hour when we called Ben from Freight Route. We learned that the driver will be with us any minute. In the course of time we called the office 3 more times just to learn that the driver will be with us any minute as he can see from his GPS system that the driver is in our area. Unfortunately, when we called at 6pm, we learned that the pick up will not happen despite the fact we were in constant communication with the depot. Of course, something can always happen. It is just about reliability, honesty and professionalism, which are important attributes for transportation companies. In summary you failed and will not have our custom in the future. In addition, we will communicate our experience to two large UK associations which we are member of."
