"The customer service I received on the phone and email was excellent. However, at the warehouse it was terrible, people were very rude and unfriendly. I was left with my boxes in a wooden crate with no way to open them or put them into my vehicle. With the exception of one young man working there the people were truly horrible and I would suggest nobody to deal with them. VERY POOR SERVICE AT THE WAREHOUSE."
