"I live very close to Brockenhurst station and after work had to go to Sway to collect my car after repairs being completed so was going to get train which would cost £3 for one way , this did not happen as usual they were not working so next step was a taxi , I approached a taxi on the station from brockenhurst station they were called brockenhurst taxis the chap said he was booked even though he was sat on the rank and I would have to book. That didn’t really bother me so I booked and had to wait half an hour .the taxi turned and took me to sway station and this is where my problem with them starts there was no meter in the car it was on a phone plugged in with some non discriptive jargon on it . I arrived at where I wanted to go and asked how much the fare was and the driver told me £16 pound for trip of 3.9 miles I found this bloody rude to be honest considering it was a hybrid car so called green cost effective fuel efficient car. I paid him as it’s his job and he’s just doing his job BUT does this make you think about how this country works and how scared all businesses are worried and scared because of the government telling us that we are in the Pooh . This isn’t the way to charge or treat people or profiteer from this. Good business comes from trust and customer satisfaction and recommendations not short term profits this I find these days that this is prevalent all over most industries and occupations. so drop your prices go that extra mills for your lcustomers and make a difference."

"Brockenhurst taxis were 17 minutes late picking me up from the station. This meant I was sat alone in the dark and cold at the station which did not feel safe. In the taxi, I was then told it was cash only despite the website saying the taxis take card payments. Not a good service."
"After already spending £100 on multiple trips. I got Terrible customer service. I work for national railway. I booked a cab and the driver refused to pick me up. Therefore I missed my train home and have to pay even more. I complained to the reception staff that their driver was late in the first place. The overall attitude of the team and drivers suggest they could care less. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, DON’T BOOK!!!!"
"We had a very disappointing experience. We booked a long distance taxi 2 weeks in advance and had email confirmation that it was booked. Called up on the day to double check and they claimed they had no record of the booking - but said it would be fine. We weren’t convinced so replied back to the confirmation email to check it was booked that way and received the following response: “no, it’s not.” No apology or explanation or willingness to help in any way. This left us stranded at late notice. If we hadn’t checked, we would have had zero prior notice that the taxi wasn’t coming. Shocking organisation and customer service."
