"Amazing service. We ordered a return taxi and even though the pick up at the end of the evening was past his last pick up time and going in the opposite direction, he was the only taxi that could take 5 people so he picked us up and was kind and gracious. Would definitely recommend."

"I booked a 6 seater taxi to pick me and my family up at 6.45 in the evening, and collet us at 12.00 midnight. The driver phoned when he was outside, and made sure we were all comfortable before setting off. We were ready to leave a bit earlier than expected, so I phoned the driver and he came as soon as he had dropped off the customer he was with, and phoned to let me know he was outside waiting. He drove us really safely, and was so polite. The lady who I spoke to on the phone when I made the booking initially was lovely, and explained everything clearly. I will use this company again if I ever need a taxi. Thank you for your amazing customer service."

"Do NOT use this company. Website says 'our drivers will collect you' however even though my area is listed, they won't pick me up and take me where i need to get to because it isn't fuel efficient. Website claims quick easy booking, professional service and from what i have just experienced on the phone with one of their phone operators, it was far from professional. Kept being told it was out of their area despite the website saying they pick up in my area and then when i tried to ask for clarification how i was out of area even though where i needed to get to and from was listed on their website, i got shouted at and told that i'm not listen and continually talked over and told to shut up so i can hear. Website is very misleading, bordering on misrepresentation. Possibly the rudest person i have ever spoken to on the phone. Really not impressed. I'm sure the rest of their staff are really friendly but unfortunately, this one person has let the company down significantly."

"Used Viking for a taxi fare for 6 in a people carrier back from West End to Portsmouth , good value and a good service. Will definitely use again if in area . Driver helpfully assisted in lowering seats to get everyone on safety."
