"Would give 0 stars if I could. Pre-booked a taxi to take us to the bus station to get a coach down to London. Taxi was confirmed. They never turned up. Tried to call, the awful automated system told me they were looking for a driver. Tried to cancel, automated system wouldn't allow it, it tried to transfer me to a real person, no one would answer the phone. Use Albatross instead!"

Got a call back at 0030 saying there are no drivers and they cancelled the taxi. Left me stranded with no means of getting home. Terrible service with a huge lack of respect.
