"If I could I would give you 0 stars. My roommate and I were very displeased with Bridgfords services. They fooled us into renting an apartment that had multiple issues- beginning with the Kitchen, moving on to the heater and bathroom. Over the year, we had a leak in the apartment upstairs which spread to our ceiling yet nothing was fixed. My bathroom faucet broke, they let the water run for 48 hours- only then someone came to fix and stop it. They took 1 month to fix the repair- I was left to my own devices. I had to take a bucket shower for 1 month straight. Lastly, as we left the apartment we did a professional deep clean- yet were made to feel horrible and they kept our deposit to 'fix' certain aspects. However, they have not provided us with a receipt for said issues. HORRIBLE SERVICE- Do not fall into their trap."
