"Appalling standard of service. Never ready even after three visits for the same item. They always seem understaffed and fed up. Lloyds head office should be ashamed themselves."

"I have been going to this pharmacy every month for a couple of years to pick up a prescription. In the last 12 months at least, with the exception of one of their staff, the service has been absolutely appalling. Practically everyone going to collect prescriptions is told they arent ready, to come back 3 hours later, and they still arent ready, or, upon the customers returning are then told there is no prescription but weren't told that originally. I have now switched to another pharmacy after persuading the person I collect them for, that this pharmacy is totally useless. I could also comment on the staff attitude and downright rudeness but I cant be bothered, which matches the attitude of the staff."

"Horrendous pharmacy! This is now the 6th/7th time that Nan has not had her prescription on time despite constant discussions with the team. 0 patient care. 0 responsibility. 0 safeguarding awareness. They have a duty of care which they refuse to acknowledge. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Same excuse for months! “No staff… staff sickness etc” Prescriptions have been filled with wrong medication previously - somehow thats our fault! Then they have the audacity to make patients feel sorry for them! They WILL kill someone with their incompetence!"

"Never open!! Every time I come to collect my prescription the pharmacy is closed with just a small written sign in the door. You cannot advertise that your open on your website or on the door, to then just close anytime you want. Very inconvenient for patients collect their medication especially those who work, who try to be come around their shift or during lunch break. They often don’t have the prescription available either meaning you have to come back again to find a another written sign in the door saying they’re closed YET AGAIN!!"

"This Pharmacy is seriously understaffed; their Head Office should be ashamed of the position they put the staff in, leaving them to face upset customers who desperately need their medication which they cannot get here in a timely manner. You need to put your repeat prescription into the Surgery at least 2 weeks before you need the meds, as although it comes across to the Pharmacy quickly after submission, there are not enough staff to process and fill the prescriptions. I changed to this Pharmacy as I now collect medication for my elderly Mum and thought the automated machine would suit my long working hours but I have to keep phoning up asking when the prescription will be ready. Disappointing for Customers and the Staff. The Staff are lovely when you deal with them; it's not their fault and they must be just as disheartened as us their customers."
