"As a pharmacy it stocks all items you require, counter staff could speak a bit louder but I think she is new and a bit shy?! Otherwise all staff are always helpful, polite, welcoming and very empathetic with clients. Unfortunately prescription is often not ready on time and most likely you will need to wait good 20-30min. The Pharmacist (Phil) is also very helpful, well informed, so knowledgeable and very friendly too! I feel that i can ask for advice at anytime and nothing is ever too much trouble. In effect a fantastic service offered so close to my home."
"Should have delivered some urgent medication I needed yesterday but instead because I wasn't in they took in back to the shop. It could have gone through the letter box if the pharmacist have packed the two small boxes side by side. Show some consideration to patients who have deliveries booked and pack the medication so that it can go through the letter box."
"Only awarded 1 star because it's not possible to award less! Repeatedly disappointing service - no matter how long they've had a prescription, it never seems to be even looked at until you go in and ask; then there's invariably some confusion whilst finding details on the computer; and difficulties printing it; and a faff looking for stock - if there is any... And even when that' all done, still takes an age for a prescription to be processed. Shame as Phil seems to be pretty good if he deals with things himself...."
"A complete and utter shambles. Poor, slow, inefficient and rude service. Avoid like the plague and go to any other pharmacy. I always like to support local services but the poor service provided Day Lewis pharmacy is absolutely atrocious. They never have anything in stock and are always awaiting a delivery which is always late. Genuinely annoyed that I can’t even justify a one star rating."
