"Terrible pharmacy. My partner puts in a monthly prescription request (electronic to surgery etc) and 9 times out of 10 they say “sure we’ll get that sent off” and they never do. And when I turn up to collect im met with “oh youll justbhave to call 111 or the surgery, next” all while looking down at us for not putting it in sooner. Many a time she’s gone without her important meda due to their laziness and complete lack of effort or care."
