"My experience was okay, but the young woman who was there before I got there was less than impressed and made her feelings clear as she left and the member of staff that was dealing with her made a comment about the language. But as soon as she got back behind her desk did the same thing, what is it they say two wrongs don't make it right"
"Absolutely poor service with poor costumer services... Delivering ever single time parcels at the door ( "safe place" ) never delivered to me or my misses! Always asking you to go and check with neighbors and expecting you to knock on everyone's door's and find your parcel, never Yodel fault for anything and always should contact seller which is yodel fault delivering everywhere they want ! Don't know if Hermes or Yodel worst as company!"
"Two days of being promised delivery, it has not been delivered. They claim they can't find my house, despite having address and postcode. Everyone else finds it OK. Communication from them is awful, I've waited in for 2 days awaiting the delivery and Yodel have not provided any updates. Other companies do and it works. Appalling company . They lie and are dishonest. Do not use!"
"Absolutely shockingly bad. They managed to lose the parcel before it even reached the depot?? They then lied said they’d lost it in the warehouse and to wait 2 days, I managed to speak to someone on the phone who said that the only option was to send it back to the seller anyway but they don’t even have the parcel. The seller sent two parcels via Yodel on the same day and both are now lost. Avoid at all costs as all they do is lie and don’t bother delivering anything."
"I paid for next day delivery and wanted my parcel delivered to my work address so my parcel would 100% be taken in; however the delivery driver didn’t bother reading the address properly so went to an address that had a locked gate. I recieved an email that my parcel was attempted to be delivered when it most certainly was not. I was given access to the drivers phone number and I asked him how my parcel was attempted to be delivered, he text back “the gate was locked, I called you!! Use your mobile phone!!!” I thought this was extremely rude considering the only reason my parcel wasn’t delivered was because he couldn’t be bothered to find the address. I tried calling yodel so many times but only once got through to an actual person and not an automated response, I still don’t know what’s happening with my parcel, I’m disgusted with the service I have received to say the least"
