"I have booked many a holiday with this branch. Unfortunately, however last May I booked to go to Bali in June of this year thinking Covid may be over then. As we know it isn't. As I won't be in line to have my vaccine until July I feel ineasy to travel. However they won't allow me to cancel the trip which is very unfair.
