"Really lovely place to go to pass time. Enjoyable for children as they get to try and spot all different reptiles. Free entry which makes it great and can give donations. Little shop on the site which also has some great knowledge on the reptiles. Staff friendly and happy to talk. Only problem is the car park - it's fairly small and is often nearly full but has been on weekends/bank holidays so it's understandable. Great place to visit if passing by."
"Plays a really important role in preserving local wildlife. Interesting activities were on when we visited. We didn't see any of the species here - understandable, it's a conversation project, not a zoo. Worth a quick visit while in the area."
"Unfortunately by the nature of reptiles hiding, not too much to see. Saw frogs/toads and little snakes. Probably better for older children or those who are patient. Helpful and informative staff and volunteers. Parking a bit limited on busy days."
"What a great place to see the reptiles from the UK! Lovely staff who are very knowledgeable and are very happy to fill you up with information. Loved seeing the adders and baby adders basking in the sunshine and the other snakes too. Very interesting learning the difference between a toad and a frog."
