"I can only assume that if Fedex have a corporate manifesto it is to be worse than Hermes/Evri. Utterly useless company, won't leave parcels unless someone is in to sign, almost impossible to rearrange delivery, don't leave slips, have the most awkward portal you could imagine. Why do companies insist on using this utter shower. On ringing the helpline I got a member of staff who was no use whatsoever, couldnt find the delivery, said I need to wait for the next attempted redelivery "tomorrow", when asked will they definitely redeliver tomorrow "they might". Not allowed to transfer to a supervisor or manager or complaints department. Every time."
