"Booked return taxis from Bedford to Cheltenham with Clapham Cars about 6 weeks or so out from the journey date, costing in excess of £300. The return taxi was booked for 7pm, but it wasn’t dispatched from Bedford until nearly 6pm and it arrived after 8pm. We were left to wait for over an hour after the arrival time in the pouring rain and passengers travelling with me missing their ongoing travel plans. I have emailed the company with no response and called them and was spoken to a by a very rude man who showed absolutely no resolve for the matter."
"They changed the address multiple times, causing the taxi to be an extra 20 minutes, 8.80 the taxi was, I had a £20 note the driver said they didn’t have change for a £20 note which makes no sense because every driver should have change for the customer if needed. She gave me 3 pound for change for a £20 note. Not realising until I got out the taxi and the driver instantly driving off, I rung the taxi service saying I only got 3 pound change from a 20 pound note."

"Booked at least a week in advance for a taxi to train station and paid in advance through the app (how foolish of me!) . They cancelled last minute and I had to book a taxi through another company . Had to lose more time to call them at least 3 times and ask for a refund which I never received of course . Really disappointing to ask someone kindly about a refund for a service they failed to deliver and end up getting ignored . I wouldn’t trust them ."
