"I booked a taxi last minute at night because I was waiting for the bus to come for ages and they were all cancelled. The operator was really nice, he noticed my nervousness on the phone (I was alone at night in the middle of nowhere) and he told me not to worry. Then the taxi came after 5 minutes and drove me home safely. Thank you Ecocars!"

"Booked a taxi via the app. Waited for a ridiculous amount of time waiting for a taxi to be assigned cancelled the taxi couldn't cancel via the app so had to call to cancel the taxi then they dispatch Bounds Taxis. Then 20-30 minutes later as I got a different taxi they dispatch a car and I have cancelled the taxi. Bunch of time wasters. Both me and my friend are really disappointed in this outcome. Whatever you do avoid this Taxi Rank as I said earlier bunch of time wasters and I used this taxi before. Ridiculous"
"Cars were on time and drivers great for both journeys. Paid by Airpay for convenience and under current restrictions, thought it would be better than cash. Wish I hadn't, as for both journeys I was overcharged. Not a massive amount, but if they do this to every customer, then it soon adds up!"
"Ordered a taxi for my teenage son to get to work, as my little one was poorly and I couldn't get him there. Easy to book online and taxi turned up on time. Driver was very friendly. When son got to work, he realised he'd left his phone in the taxi. I called them straight away and the guy in the office was extremely helpful and phoned the driver whilst I was on the phone. He returned to sons workplace and delivered said phone. First class service, with no problems, would highly recommend."
