"Wish I could give 0 stars to match the complete lack of service I received. Booked and prepaid online to be picked up at Birmingham airport. I got no booking confirmation apart from a PayPal receipt email (I was forced to join PayPal to process the payment), and then they didn’t turn up. Called the phone solidly for 15 minutes to no answer, waited long enough and had to go elsewhere. No idea how to get my money back either as I deleted my PayPal account instantly as the booking process didn’t look like it was actually going through PayPal. Very scummy. Avoid at all costs. You may as well take out some twenty pound notes and burn them."
"Impressive. I recently used them for an airport transfer to and from Luton. I was very concerned as our return evening flight was delayed & I was travelling with family including my two young daughters. I needn't have worried, the driver was very polite and communicative and swiftly collected us from the Drop Off Zone. I have also used them for local trips in the past and found their vehicles are always comfortable and clean. I've no hesitation in recommending their service."
