"Terrible service. Pre-booked a taxi on their app weeks in advance with payment pre taken only for the taxi company to not turn up even over an hour after the booking and then refuse to answer the phone when calling from my mobile number for over an hour to ask about the booking. Partner called on her phone and they answered until she explained we already had a booking from a different mobile, so they hung up! Worst of all is that their own drivers were hanging around asking people on the streets if they needed lifts and only accepting ones that were far away to make big money from them!"

"A pretty shocking service. We prebooked a taxi from Stadium MK after a concert, the taxi didn't didn't arrive at the booked time and the office didn't really have an answer for why. It was then due 20 minutes later and someone else took the taxi. Ended up stranded in MK as the last train home had left. Avoid at all costs"

"Pre booked with this company for Luton Airport, I was quoted £45 each way all in. On the way I was charged £49 back £62. I made a complaint and was told by the operator who booked me in, he would get the owner to ring me as should of definitely been charged £45 each way. Unfortunately the owner has not rang me, I have been fobbed off for 3wks now. I'm sure the company will leave some smart reply regarding this. However this is not the first review hi lighting this problem (so don't be fooled) and certainly won't be the last. "Used for airport transfers as was cheapest quote around. As a company they didn’t stick to their original quote of £75 each way to and from Stansted (which is on the website), we ended up paying £80 - hence 4 stars not 5, but we found the drivers to be reliable and very professional. We were kept updated throughout and both cars were comfortable. In particular, driver number 7042 couldn’t do enough for us - he was friendly, kind, and even offered us some chocolate after our long flight home! :) lovely man & a great driver."

"On time, drivers pleasant enough. However noted 2 strange things that happened both ways on way to venue i was quoted £4 i paid, my receipt to email said £3.50? Again way home £4 i paid receipt email said £3? Hm.. maybe poor drivers trying to make themselves some extra cash without bosses knowing but wos a bit miffed i spose. App great for tracking where driver is & prices good"
