"We organised a taxi for 3 adults and one child from Biggleswade to Shefford to Luton Airport just before Christmas in that horrendous snowy cold weather. The previous day Countrt Cars called and said due to weather and road closures was best to leave 30 mins earlier than planned (4.30am). Cameron arrives at 4.15am which was excellent. And waited patiently whilat i got my daughter aorted. Really lovely gentleman. Loaded all my bags into the taxi. Drove incredibly careful in the adverse weather conditions as was worried given previous ordeals with other taxi driver's and companies. Overall excellent service we received and recommend Country Cars and on our next planned trip will use them again."

"I booked a ride and we agreed on a fare of £30 pounds . Only for the driver to stop midway requesting for cash payment which I did . The driver and the office changed the fare to 35 pounds and used rude, swear and intimidating language on me just for seeking clarification. I was forced out of the cab midway and left stranded. This was a terrible experience that I will find hard to forget ."
