"I've had the privilege of being a collegue of Allen and know he is very talented at what he does. I'm also a manual therapist/massuse and have had a fresh back issue from treating alot of people. Around my area I couldn't find anyone that gave a good assessment and diagnosis while using all available skills in their arsenal so I drove 1hr to see Allen knowing I would get my moneys worth and I left having a spot on assessment diagnosis and treatment. "I came to see Allen in 2018 due to being overweight and needing specialist support due to awaiting an operation for Scoliosis of the spine. I didn't know what to expect from the meeting as I was only looking for a personal trainer but what I got was so much more.
