Thinking that she's oh so high and mighty, what because she's in a taxi and she thinks she owns the road. Maybe give her some lessons on conducting in a professional manner! Doesn't really give the company a professional look when you have employees with massive attitude problems!"

Driver was friendly but totally a rabbit in the headlights when it came to the price as I don’t believe he could believe it either. The operator was extremely rude and felt it a justified price? "I'm never ever using these again when I need a taxi asap. The driver drove by the area I live and quoted me £10. It came to £5.90 and he still asked me for the £10. Also he pointed to the door I had to open and sit in the back and to be honest I was quite glad to sit in the back..I was glad he didn't talk to on the ride home until I said you've missed my turning to go to where I live so he backed up and reverses and then I had to carry a 2 rabbit cage for my rabbit as one has passed to where I was going. So I thought it's to cold for the rabbit so it needs a new indoor cage for indoors to keep warm. I am not booking this company again for any reason. The only reason I did was because it was the closest to where I was in the snow and ice."

Taxi arrived again with 5 minutes delay at 5:10. O was waiting for the taxi 50 minutes in cold!!! Paid £5.10 at the arrival. For what!!!??? Disgusting attitude, being stressed out in this cold???! And that's not the first time! Once I nearly missed my NHS appointment in the hospital! Booked taxi day in advance. Was calling 30 minutes before the booking time, reminded the operator to dispatch the taxi at correct time. Taxi wasn't dispatched as expected, was already my booking time, called many times. In answer was just, " yes, OK, please wait few minutes " And then all my calls was just ignored! Only by contacting Northampton line, the taxi was dispatched.
