"Appalling service. One staff member helpful on the phone but not in person. The other not in person either - showed me to where I wanted to look and walked off. The first said I could take a material sample at the end of the week. Turned up that day and was told I had to wait til the afternoon. Waited til midday only to be told his idea of afternoon was 4.00p.m. Had to go away some distance and return later, on a very busy day for me. There were bedheads with the identical fabric on them in the showroom and I was only taking the swatch for over the weekend. I bought a bed head but did not enjoy my experience in the shop one bit."
"Appalling Service. We walked in all ready to spend £2500 on furniture, only needing to choose the fabric. Staff were very unhelpful. I asked to see the Manager and was told that he was too busy. I pointed out that they were about to lose our business and they clearly didn't care. Wrote to the MD and got no response."
