"Absolutely stunning bespoke bookcase which arrived a few days ago. I am so happy with it. What made all the difference was being able to email them a diagram for the proportions I wanted and getting back a scale computer drawing based on it within 24 hours, with a quote. The result is spectacular and good value. Very sturdy and well made. The kind of furniture that gives you pleasure just to look at it. Great company, will definitely be using them again."
"Dishonest, incompetent, laughable. Ordered a TV Unit on the 13th November. Dispatch expected 28th November. Dispatch kept getting 'delayed', and emails went back and forth in December with vague comments from New Forest Rustic Furniture (NFRF) like this on the 8th December: 'I believe your order will be leaving us tomorrow :)'. I finally got confirmation on the 15th December that it would be delivered via XDP but NFRF were 'not too sure' when this would happen. On the 19th December we were told the TV Unit had been lost and that they would re-make it, send it and have it delivered by the 4th January. Then this one got 'lost' too so NFRF said they would make and send a third! Supposedly to be delivered with 'white glove service' today, Friday 13th January. I haven't heard anything from the Manager, Louise, since Tuesday when she said on the phone that she would confirm today's delivery. Two emails have gone unanswered. We are getting a refund via our credit card, and will choose a reputable company in future."
"We received delivery of our bespoke length shelves and desk top this week. All of which exceeded our expectations and totally made the room we are renovating. The wood is beautiful, stained perfectly and smells incredible. From initial contact of our enquiry through to delivery of the goods, we can’t fault the service, or the products. Good email communication, only small downside was delivered onto the drive only, good job it was nothing too heavy and my partner could get them inside himself (I appreciate this is probably a COVID related restriction)."

We went over to the workshop to collect and met the owner and his team, what a great guy, so friendly and welcoming and his team by amazing people so helpful. About the quality? I have no comments I am more that pleased and already ordered a bookcase. So happy about the purchase and definitely recommend.
