"Extremely helpful staff here, especially Josh, the person who helped me out today. Thank you once again."
"Plenty fresh produce well stocked nice friendly young staff apart from the manageress she never greets you at the check out or after paying for goods not a thank you or a bye she must feel if she brought on a smile her face would crack the best place I would say is best for her is at home watching paint dry her manner puts you off going into the shop"
"Great small local supermarket. Variety is astonishing for such a small place. Co-op seems the better of the supermarket bunch around here and are not beholden to profits over their service. Pricier than a big supermarket but that is expected. Can ways grab a decent plonk for a decent price too!"
"Handy local shop with friendly staff. Sells all the usual groceries you would expect in a store this size. Reasonable selection of fresh fruit and veg, typically small fish section, raw and cooked meats, small freezer section. As is common in a shop like this is alcohol section is large and out of proportion with the size of the shop and the selection of other goods. This is fine if that is what you are after but it comes at the expense of valuable shelf real estate so you might not get the coffee you want but you can choose between 20 different Merlots. Prices are ok for an small local supermarket. It's a bit of a lottery really it's fine if you aren't after something very specific as there may only be one variety and it might be full retail price which can be costly if you are used to larger supermarkets where there is usually a selection of the item you are looking for at different price points. In the evening there are usually various reduced food items so you can put together a meal on the cheap if your budget is limited. The shop had a large scale refurbishment a few years ago and is now a much nicer environment to shop and according to some staff also to work in. It's the staff that make me choose this store over the competition in the area."
"Decent enough local shop stocking everything you'd expect. I don't understand why, when they recently did it up, they didn't improve the check out area. This is what lets it down for me. When there is a couple of people waiting it gets pretty chaotic. The self service machines are also so slow and clunky and are desperately in need of an upgrade. They add to the backlog of people trying to check out and are borderline fit for purpose."
