Just recently, however, I attempted to buy something using the clubcard app. The app wasn't working and the member of staff serving me was absolutely no help at all. Whilst I don't expect them to fix the app, I would expect them to offer me the same discount I would have received had the app been working. How is it acceptable that I have to pay more because Tesco can't provide an app that functions correctly?"
