"Lovely size room and the kitchen was perfect for our do celebrating our Mums life. We comfortably sat 40 people with space to cater for walking frames and things like that. Parking is very good too - level access. The only thing I would mention is the garden area needs a little attention - could be a good volunteering project esp in Autumn."
"This is a good sized building with descent facilities. The building in reasonable condition but could do with a bit of maintenance work. I attended a children's birthday party here in the main hall. There was good access to toilets and a kitchen with boiling water heaters. Is happily rent this building for a similar event, but it probably isn't up to anything more formal. There is lots of free parking around the building and easy access from Otterbourne. Outside there's an AED defibrillator, which is useful to know about in an emergency!"
"Quiet, beautiful location, lots of wildlife. Follow through River Itchen through the woods and avoid the busy motorways that you would scarcely believe we're there. Great staff in the local shop, but beware, it looks like a petrol station but it isn't."
