"Unpleasant Experience!! i live outside London, and i had to travel to London as they don't answer the phone. First of all I would like to say the receptionist has no manners and talking Costumer's in a rude way. i have been checking their website but luck of information made me go in-person .Once I get there I was told I have to book an appointment but I have been calling to the embassy to book an appointment literally for 10 days in a row it was ringing but receptionist was putting the phone on hold. It wasn’t only me some of my friends had encountered the same problem. I can understand she could have been working under pressure but when I was at the embassy there was only 2 people in line waiting to be served.I wouldn’t mind to book an appointment and come the next day but the responses that I was getting from her is really unacceptable. She needs to put smile on her face. If she is not happy with her job am sure there is a lot of young people that would love to do the job. I hope the management take an action in this concern, and get them some taring in customer service. we are in modern society and don't make us live as we are in 14th century. Take some advantage of the country you are in, to literate yourself in customer service. Thank you."
"They only operate from 9-3 but they have to stop for a two hour lunch break. This is what you will be greeted with when you go to the Ethiopian Embassy in London at 1:30pm. Why would everyone take lunch at the same time? They have no consideration for how their actions will impact Ethiopians. And on top of that there was no sign, they just left. Please, you can do better, train your staff in customer service. Look at your reviews, and please do a better job."
