"Been searching for skirtings and arcs and stumbled across this place. I found the type that I wanted but they did not stock the size that I required as this was not standard. HOWEVER, I was delighted to hear that they could cut the product to the size that I required so happy days!! Part of my order arrived damaged. I contacted Harlows, and they resolved the issue immediately without question. I cannot rate the service that they have provided highly enough. Customer service like this is the exact reason why I chose to buy stuff directly from store when possible, due to the high level of service provided. Although the original items needed replacing, this does not deter me from returning to this store purely because of the way and speed that the responded to resolve the issue. The level of customer service that they provided was OUTSTANDING!!! In relation to this store, this is very well laid out, clean and they have a nice range of products on show. "Excellent supplier of premium timber. Not much more expensive than the cheapest much lower quality from Wickes or B&Q. Very knowledgeable sales guys. I built a fabulous 2400mm square deck for my hot tub and gazebo setup and thrilled with the result. Great supply of free fire wood too which I found useful for adding some extra joist supports. Looking forward to the weekend for BBQ, fire pit and hot tub party!"
