"The tiles are excellent, however we need more then one box. Staff told us to take some of the loose ones off the shelf. Turns out we didn't need the ones off the shelf and tried to return them. Whilst receiving a poor attitude from the staff member, we were told that they do not accept returns unless it's a whole box. Should not sell a product individually and then not accept a return in the same manner. Not stated anywhere in store or mentioned by staff, ridiculous!"
