"Been using Hedge End Screwfix over 5 years and nothing has ever been too much trouble at the retail counter. These staff appear to work hard for customers and always with a smile or "have a good day" as you leave. However, even as an account holder I find the trade counter staff miserable and there's a definite uncomfortable feeling in the air. Not the youngsters mind, you can see that they'd rather be elsewhere and who could blame them."
