"I’ve just had to walk out of this dentist practice untreated and in tears. This was an emergency appointment as I’ve just moved to the area and the first appointment I have with another practice isn’t until august. I didn’t catch the name of the dentist but he was so rude and spoke to me and my autistic son so badly I had to ask him to stop and leave. The dental assistant was lovely and seemed to pick up on his attitude so she tried to make small talk while he continued to treat us so badly. I’ve never experienced anything like this from a health professional. He didn’t allow me to explain what the problem was, he was extremely rough and sliced the bottom of my mouth with the plastic they use for X-rays and when I asked him to stop he insisted I endure the pain. I wanted to let the receptionist know what happened but I was so upset from the experience I couldn’t get the words out and had to just leave."
