"Hopeless. Never open when it is advertised as being open. 3 times now I have tried to get a haircut well within advertised hours. The latest time, the sign said open, the sign was outside, the light was on but the door was locked. After waiting outside 10 minutes (2 other people left) a staff member turned up with her shopping to say she was taking a break and could I come back in 20 minutes. Hopeless. Good haircut if you manage to get one but way too unreliable."
