"Reading other reviews I wonder if it’s the same salon as I can’t say that I received a warm welcome. I checked in and was told to take a seat and then ignored until after a while I was given a clipboard which I assumed was to fill in. The salon was cold and the girls had hot water bottles which they hugged to keep warm. The girl then took my clipboard and beckoned me to follow her. We went upstairs to the treatment room where I was left to undress and climb on the really high massage table (no step). I was disappointed that I wasn’t made welcome or informed what was happening. The room was heated by a noisy blow heater so I could barely hear the “relaxing” music. But at least it was warm unlike the rest of the building. So after donning the paper pants which don’t cover anything I put a small towel over myself before she returned. As she started with the treatment I asked if the overhead lights could be dimmed as they were very bright and not creating a relaxing ambiance. Once they were off it was much nicer with the wall lights. I closed my eyes and tried to imagine I was in a tropical country and it was the air conditioning making the loud blowing noise. I was disappointed that there was no face hole in the massage table and when I turned to lie on my front my face was squashed against a plastic sheet, which was uncomfortable as I lay flat, getting neck ache. The treatment itself was very good but unfortunately I had to leave the warm room in only a towel that didn’t go all the way round me to cross the cold landing barefoot to the bathroom to have a shower to remove the exfoliating lotion. The bathroom was of course cold and I was shown clean towels and a robe to wear afterwards. I was left to turn on the shower and hose myself down in a cubicle where there was an almost empty shower gel bottle lying on the floor and a couple of other almost used ones wedged into the soap dish holder. Back in the treatment room after a cold barefoot dash across the landing I had to hurl myself back onto the high table practically naked in front of my masseuse, embarrassing. She continued with the treatment which was wonderful, especially as the hole for my face had magically appeared. Halfway through the second half she turned off the heater which was lovely as I could appreciate the music. She did however open the door and go to the corridor and when she returned I thought someone else was in the room (my eyes were closed) but they weren’t. All in all the treatment she provided was worth 5 stars but because of the lack of welcome, instructions, and other little inconveniences I am only giving a 3. It seems that the salon provides great nail care but other massage and pedicure treatments are not up to spa standards. The finishing touches are not there which is a shame."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife and her friend that went for a Luxury Pedicure. This was suppose to last an hour but they only worked on the feet for around 10 min consisting of a scrub, a nice 2 minute massage on feet only not calves, and bring left for 15 mins with some warm boots on and then at the end having to sit around for 10 while the nail varnish dried. Ladies were nice however there was no luxury and extremely basic. They have both had many pedicures in the past at different places and this was far from luxury and they have had far better else where for a fraction of the price. When they complained at the counter, they were told to email if they were not happy. Which is a complete fob off.....very disappointing and overpriced."

"I love coming here to get my nails done. The girls are lovely and always do an amazing job…. Came in yesterday to have my infills done and a colour and Seline did a fabulous job….. have been coming here for a few years now (after trying a few other not so good salons) and cannot recommend it enough…."

"I don't usually do reviews but this girl needs one!! I went for a Hollywood waxing today and for the first time I met Celine!! I am 34 weeks pregnant and I was bit scared at first,but she made me feel confortable and most of all no pain at all!! She is the best if you go to the salon ask for her!! Thank you Celine! xx"
