"Two e bikes serviced at the store. Service was great, both bikes cleaned for pick up. Booking process poor, via a call centre who didn’t know what the pre paid service was and booked a free check. Staff at the store sorted this quickly. Services completed in two days, e mail notification to pick up. Only issue was no paperwork provided to reflect what had been soon in service. Staff member said none is provided which is poor, hence lower score. Learning point for store is that customers would perhaps like the opportunity to see what has been done and have a record of the service"
