Only asked any appointments and reception ladies are so rude kept on asking me when were you appointed as if they didn't understand my questions pulling faces and talking nonsense bad customer service asked for someonone in charge and she said I am the in charge. Avoid going there again receptionists need more training and learn about customer service inappropriate behaviour."
"Gosh I would give zero receptionist doesn't know what they were doing so aggressive behaviour. Kept on repeating dentist is taken over no proper hygiene that's why appointments would be cancelled even if you had one unless I pay for my treatments over 100 quid I'm NHS. Phone were ringing but she was not answering when I told her she said I don't care they can wait I'm in charge and when I explained receptionist she said you can complain to practice manager. God sake unprofessional and bad customer service Avoid going or making appointments. She said No hygiene and no appointments and if you have a appointment it would be cancelled those who pay for dentist they would get no appointments cancelled. Rubbish."
