"Wrongly made a referral about my son without checking his notes that evidently say he has additional needs, judging him on his personal appearance and dental hygiene despite having multiple diagnoses. Dentist is spineless, will smile and be nice whilst creating a false report behind your back, an official complaint of this mistake has been made on the practice manager who authorised this report and the dentist who made it up! My son is now seen at the special care dental service where appropriate treatment for someone with additional needs is their top priority."

"I've had my dental appt cancelled again, it was fir 14th Sept. I simply cannot get thru to reception, there are 4 girls sat on reception, so I can't see what causes delay in answering. I've been a secretary/receptionist for most of my life and would have been sacked for not providing good customer service."

"This is one one of the worst dental surgeries around. I took my 7 yr old daughter for her check up, due to a little traffic we were 4 minutes late… yep just 4 minutes…and they said they couldn’t see her and they’d have to re-schedule!!! I had to leave work collect my daughter from holiday camp (as it’s the summer holidays) take her to the dentist, then take her back to holiday camp then drive back to work… all for nothing… for a mere 4 minutes.. and for an appointment that only last 5 minutes! Shocking customer service with an attitude! I’ll be looking for another dental practice for my daughter now… Disgusting.. Can’t seem to respond to your reply so I’ll place it hear at the bottom of my original post. It seems by my watch it was 4 minutes but but one of your reception team, who joined the conversation in the practice, who wasn’t actually the one I was dealing with, decided to disagree and say it was 7 minutes by her watch !! Splitting hairs over time pieces there I feel. Either way, like your dental practice we parents are also busy working our jobs as well. Considering you cancelled my daughters previous 2 or 3 appointments for what ever reason, and taking into account as working parents we had to take 2 hours out of work to even get her to you today for what you said was a 5 minute appointment!! Yet 4 minutes late (by my watch) and you point blank refuse to see her for her 5 minute check up!! So it’s ok if you cancel us or you’re running 15 minutes, as we’ve experienced before but if the customer is a tiny bit late then no!! That is an absurd and appalling way to treat your customers! So now we have to take another 2 hours out of work to bring her again tomorrow. She may have her check up with you tomorrow but I can assure you we will be looking for another dental practice where customer service is an imperative and valuable part of their business, where patients/customers are valued and respected. I should of seen a red flag from the reviews on your practice when the 1 star rating equal more than half of your 5 star ratings. Not the best example for sure."
