On each occasion I've been fobbed off and told "nothing we can do, go to a BMW dealer" This I did, and Partridge BMW solved both problems swiftly. I don't know why Bartley call themselves "BMW Specialists" - they certainly don't specialise in 4 series cabriolet. I now use Partridge BMW for all my services, and to be quite honest, they're not much more expensive, and far more efficient"
