"Came in today for a tyre change after seeing their fantastic reviews and the team were really helpful and super friendly. The tyres are reasonably priced and service was fast and efficient. Couldn't ask for anything more for a tyre change; will certainly come back here in future for any tyre problems or replacements. It's also really useful to be able to book in online through their website which will find the right tyre size for you in case you don't remember off the top of your head. Also really conveniently next to a McDonalds if you wanted to pop over the road for a snack whilst they work! Thanks guys :)"
"Phoned up as needed a new tyre due to a puncture. Squeezed me in that afternoon at 1715. Due to roadworks i didn't arrive until 1725 but they were more than happy to still complete the change. Very good customer service and going the extra mile for the customer. All members of staff very pleasant. Would 100% recommend and will return."
"Always use Totton Tyres for tyres and break pads. They provide impartial advice and don't change tyres where there is still some life left in them! Just had the brake pads checked after hitting a pot hole, they sorted the issue and did not charge for their time. Would highly recommend."
"Needed a new tyre, but thanks to Westway Nissan Southampton’s incompetence and general bad customer service, I had no locking wheel nut key remover. Took it to Totton Tyres who replaced the wheel and removed the locking wheel nuts for a brilliant price- done within an hour. Brilliant service - deffo will use again. Free tip: Don’t go to Nissan Southampton"
"3 stars because this used to be my go-to place for tyre and exhaust services. Lovely lady at reception, and friendly owner..but incompetent tyre fitter working there currently. Don't suppose he'll be working here long, so may well return at some point in the future. Hopefully the quality service returns soon. EDIT: Pictured is the fix on the supposedly 'unrepairable' tyre..done at the next place I visited after here; Rubber Up Tyres in Hedge End. Happy I didn't take this tyre fitters word for it when he said it couldn't be repaired. Repair cost me £10, and saved me spending £85 replacing a nearly new tyre."
