To justify the hourly rate I was informed that Mercedes charge over £200ph, but as I reminded them I don't drive a merc), 1 1/2 hrs, to open a bonnet and replace a bonnet release cable (I supplied the cable). I am still waiting on the bodywork quote I asked for which I was assured had been emailed to me. They refused to fit the ICE I had asked them to, although in hindsight I hate to think how much I would have been charged for that, so perhaps it was for the best.
