"If you find this gem of a garage hold them tight and don't let them go! It was clear from my first contact with Small Car Services that the team know what they are talking about. I initially spoke to Mark about issues we were having with my daughter Fiat 500 the fan unit was intermittently not working (nightmare with the car misted up and no way to clear it) and a previously badly repaired sub frame (probably due to previous gearbox repair and cutting that section of the subframe rather than removing it). I emailed Mark some photos and he was able to confirm an initial estimate. We had taken the car to our local garage who quoted me about £300 to fix the sub frame (a lot more expensive that Small Car Services) and had no idea what the fan unit problem was. Made a 2 hour trip to the garage early and was given a courtesy car which was fab and we spent out time in Southampton shopping mall. Communication was brilliant initially by email and then on the phone. I also asked the Team to see what they thought of the clutch/pick up as it seemed a bit sluggish. There were another couple of issues found was the car was up on the ramp, front suspension and the brackets which hold the handbrake up had rusted. Luckily they could all the replaced at the same time. It's been about a month since the original repair. Dean replaced the fan and it's worked every time my daughter has started the car. Sub frame repaired and other issued found. Dean also took the car for a test drive and fixed a loose pipe which has made a massive difference to the pick up. My daughter says its like a new car! We will definitely take the car back if any other issues arise. The team are so knowledgeable and really care. Highly recommended 10/10."
