"The skills, knowledge and experience of the Land Rover range of vehicles, of any age, at this workshop is quite exceptional. For a number of years I have used an LR Specialist local to me in East Yorkshire, the loss of significant knowledge there left me searching for a new Vehicle support team. I'm very particular, and location of the workshop was considerably less important than their skills. I know nothing about car maintenance, I drive the car a LOT and know when something isn't right, probably before a mechanic can tell; but I'm clueless about causes and remedies. After recommendation, I took my old RRS down to West 4x4 for it's annual service. They were excellent. Solved an additional problem with opening & closing the car and identified work that should be doen over the next year. I will keep travelling to West 4x4 because after the service, repair and unexpected, instant support, they have given me absolute confidence that they are specialists in LR vehicles. The owner is said to be a bit gruff/blunt ... I got on well with him and found his directness refreshing and a sign of confidence. A great LR workshop, I count myself as one of their customers now and look forward to building a mutually beneficial relationship with them. Couldn't over-recommend them to others."
