"Full gear box recon plus flywheel and clutch VW Golf Mk6 2009-2013 tapping within the area of the gearbox spoke to at least four local garages all said flywheel. "I recently traded our Range Rover Evoque for a slightly larger 2012 Porsche Cayenne from BrookSpeed. Rob Lang, who I personally delt with at the time, was exceptional, and really made the whole buying process so easy and stress free. Likewise, everything we agreed prior to the trade in was as agreed, with absolutely no funny business. That being said, the car did produce a fault a month later (water leak), which could happen to any car of age. This is where I was personally expecting some form of hostility tbh. However, I experienced the complete opposite. Rob pulled out all the stops, and had the car collected, fixed, and re-delivered with no hesitation at all. All I can say is, BrookSpeeds customer service is nothing short of exemplary, and I will not hesitate to buy from them again. I think other dealers out there should take note.
