I asked them to keep the car a few more days until there was someone available, but got another later in the week telling me to pick it up as they couldn't do it. A complete waste of my time."

"Lies. Deceptions. Went here to get some new tyres. Whilst waiting I was told that my oil level was "critically low" which came as a surprise as I regularly check the basics on my car. (Naturally I checked my oil level the following day and found it to be at the same level it was a month ago when I last checked). Following this I was told that my brake pads and discs were dangerously worn and needed changing soon - after which point I was obviously offered the opportunity to book a service. I declined, and after having a service today at a proper, independent garage found that neither my brake discs or pads were worn. Of course I already knew this because both the pads and discs were replaced a year ago! I sincerely advise anybody who is reading this to NOT visit this terrible garage - do not be drawn in by the lower prices as you will indefinitely end up being ripped off. Always go to a trusted, independent garage."

They failed one of my cars on a broken spring - I replaced it myself and it wasn't until I removed the old one that I could see the break myself, it was deep in the well - and looked as though it was broken for some time.
