"I received a voucher from groupon as a gift and booked an appointment 6 months ago.this was for reflexology I turned up and the salon was closed. I waited for 10 minutes and tried calling however there was no answer. I left and soon after received a call from the salon. The lady explained she had been dealing with a family matter. To be honest I was abit annoyed as they could have contacted me to let me know.Anyway I couldn’t go back at that time as I was on way home. We decided I would re book by text message. I have sent at least 3 messages trying to book an appointment however have received no answer. This treatment was paid for and I still haven’t had the treatment due to no response."
