"We've lived in the village for a year now and hadn't been till this last weekend. We feared, with it being a chain pub, that it would be a bit soulless and bland. Far from it. It felt like a really nice, classy country pub. The staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful, really kind to our little girls as well. The food was really, really good. The menu had so much choice, especially for a Sunday. It was all cooked to perfection and was so tasty. Our guests were mightily impressed. We'll definitely be returning, can't speak highly enough about this place our, more importantly, it's staff. Fantastic."

"Probably some of the best food and service we have received. Went in and was greeted by a lovely young lady who got us our menu and seated us. Service was fast, food amazing. They are really dog friendly and have dog bits there to make your fur babies visit just as nice. Would definitely come back again when around that way."
