"Unfortunately had a very unplesant interaction from the lady behind the counter 20/1/23. Popped in with the intention of going to the toilet (disabled and needed to use the facilities) planning to purchase a drink once I'd finished to be polite. As soon as exited the toilet the woman was being rude having a go at me for using the bathroom. Tried to explain my disability and she continued to be rude to me. Left without purchasing in the end as didn't appreciate being disrespected"
