"If you're looking for a garage that is competitive, friendly and has great customer service look no further the ECO test, absolutely amazing customer service, I was treated like an old friend, as soon as my car went in for repairs and MOT they kept me informed via text email and on the phone, their comprehensive yet easy to follow colour coded inspection was brilliant, no gargon all honest and upfront! I really cannot fault them they really look after you and your vehicle. An absolute pleasure. My only regret is that I didn't visit them sooner!! Thanks again for really looking after me and my car. "Being a car collector for decades, I concern very much about the service quality of garages. This is an unpleasant experience over my hundreds of visit to other garages. Overall, brake and tyres of a car are the most important elements as they will save your life when there is an accident which you cannot avoid. I had my car to EcoTest for suspension check. They came back that abnormal noise is coming from the front tyres which they recommended to replace. Meanwhile they also suggested me to change the rear tyres also although they were yet to be under legal tread. I agreed and asked for Continental which were expensive but reliable tyres. It took them 2 days to changes all 4 tyres and called me to pick up. I found that the rear tyres were in one model while the front tyres were in another model. This was rare if I did it in Mercedes, however, could be barely accepted. The issue was that the front left tyre was made in last month of 2022 while the front right tyre was made in first month of 2021, which was almost 2 years old. I drove the car back and asked them to give me a replacement with later made tyre for front right as to make it sync to each other and same aging process for safety. They refused and only agreed to talk to the supplier. After one day, they came back (expected answer) and said they couldn't do anything as it was "LEGAL" to sell tyres like that and there was no law to bound them by not doing so. It is not a matter of LEGAL, and selling tyre like that is legal and no criminal. But if this is a garage concerning about safety of customers and care about customers, they will just bargain with the supplier for a replacement at no cost to them. Afterall, it is their fault not to check the tyres before installing onto customers' car. It can happen to anyone using them. And the safety of customers can be in doubt but as they said, they were "LEGAL" disclaiming all liability. When garage tells you to change the tyres, they will tell you the tyres are in safe for first 4 years. But when they make it as an excuse to reject your request, they will say tyres can last for 8 to 10 years. You have to think about it when you hear that. In my case, the tyres are already in half of it's life when I buy they new. It's not fair. However, it's like what they say, it's LEGAL which you can't argue. But you can make a decision whether you will continue to deal with this garage or not in the future. I still give them 2 stars since their staff keep polite to me even with such an excuse which I don't accept."
"Great garage, extremely well orginised. Communication is second to none. Certain prices for repairs may seem high but they use original parts which are expensive. Overall highly recommended. Great job guys and keep good work going on. 5 stars!"
"I forgot to leave this review from around a 11 months ago. I'll say for starters, the team are polite enough and they did accurately diagnose all issues with my car. My issues start with that they cost quite a bit just to diagnose the car (I think they had two separate charges for this) The actual repairs aren't cheap either and it was nearly double the cost of my old local garage (I went straight back to them to get the work done at a much more affordable price). Even that wouldn't earn them a 2 star review though, the real cheek was that after going to them and starting the car the next day my battery was drained. I realise they had left on some interior lights while they were checking over the car (I didn't notice this in my short journey home so it was left like this over night). This is obviously a simple error and even that isn't really a faulty as it could happen to anyone. My car was completely drained for the next day before work and they are based 5 minutes around the corner. I called them and they admitted zero fault, suggested that it could only have been me. They wouldn't even consider coming for the 5 minute journey to give me the boost unless I disconnected the battery and then walked to them. That response is just not acceptable after a small and understandable fault like that, I ended up have to charge my own booster and was several hours late for work."
